The IRS says is processes roughly 950,000 applications for tax exemption each year. Yet despite having to be legally registered businesses before applying for exemptions, the SBA says they are not eligible for most of their programs – thats no loan, no certs, no HubZone, no nothing….
So its bad enough the Govt excludes you but when most everyone else follows suit, the result and impact are significant.
The Economic Empowerment Foundation for Exempt Startups & Small Businesses is the lead small business & economic development charity of its parent entity, the 501c Business Incubator Council, LLC (501c BizInc Cncl)™. 501c BizInc was former consultancy that began from volunteering in the 70’s. Its been converting its service offerings into charitable program, services, products it shares with its exempt siblings thru a network of its own charities, all in startup mode themselves.
HELPING HAND FUND (HHF)™ is the program that channels incubator revenue and accepts donations that will help supply and operate special programs with assets exempt startups cannot directly get to or connect with. And making small $1 loans. Incubator Founder actually started small $1 lending out of pocket in high school as part of her volunteerism but only for startups and entrepreneurs facing struggles.
This website will help the lifecycle of this program.

Donations made to the Helping Hand Fund are spread across a growing network of sibling Small Biz Development Charities for myriad offerings including but not limited to:
— funding supplies and other Business Assets given, provided access to or shared with For-Profit Startups/Small Businesses that the Exempt Startup, Entrepreneur & Small Businesses is Excluded from & Denied access to,
— funding the Biz Incubator micro loans program,
— funding Stipends to EEF-501c’s Student Interns & Fellows,
— funding Stipends to Fiscal Sponsorship & Empowerment Program Awardees off setting the cost of mentoring Student Interns & including Fellows on their projects,
HHF can be used cover small bills, pays Stipends to our A LegUp for 501c Awardees where they apply, are given an IT project, are paired with an Intern from our Academic Partnership Initiative (API) whom they must train/mentor. We gift a nominal Stipend as a gratuity to help offset costs.
Helping Hand Fund funds our Small $1 Lending program originally established to help 501c Startups, Entrepreneurs & Young 501cs with small debits while our FCU is being chartered. HHF is & is on hold until its refunded.
Up to now only internal activities, listings/subscriptions, resource access/retail/other revenue generators fund HHF.
